Massage

Lori joins our team with 22 years under her belt as a massage therapist!

She has made it her life’s mission to massage tired muscles and bring a sense of health and wellbeing to clients. Her modalities include: Hot Stone, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Geriatric, Neuromuscular,Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Acupressure, Pre/Post Natal Massage,Sports Massage, Medical Massage as well as a host of variations depending on what ails you most. Lori knew from a young age what she wanted to do as an occupation, which became her reality after graduation from the Cottonwood School of Massage Therapy. Her professionalism and knowledge shine with each session and interaction with clients. With Lori’s versitility and communication skills, your session will be tailored to your needs and goals. Lori has a servant’s heart with a goal of creating a balanced visit each time.

Jayne, CMT graduated from Boulder College of Massage in 1991 with honors and has spent the last 28 years building a professional career in Massage Therapy.

Jayne’s specialty is Neuromuscular Therapy/Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. However, she is also skilled in Salt Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage and Massage Cupping. Jayne has several years of experience working in a busy Chiropractic office doing injury rehabilitation as well as experience working in Health Clubs and Spas. Massage Therapy and Bodywork is more than a career for Jayne, it is her passion.

Tamera focuses on the client as an individual.  She tailors each session towards relieving pain and postural imbalances, using varied techniques based on the clients’ needs and preferences.

Tamera attended Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy, where she graduated as valedictorian in 2006. Her specialty is Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapy and she is adept in Deep Tissue,  Medical/Sports Massage, Therapeutic Hot Stone, Myofascial & Positional Release, Neonatal Massage and Structural Integration. She has over 12 years in the industry and has experience with everyone from teachers and actors to professional athletes and Olympians. Tamera believes in staying up to date on new research and techniques and is always looking to further her knowledge.

Sports Recovery

Dustin believes that fitness is a lifestyle. As hard as everyone works in their daily lives they deserve to get out and play, to forget about their worries and relieve stress.

With his help, clients can greatly improve their mobility, and ultimately their active lifestyles. Dustin is a certified personal trainer, sport nutrition specialist, and certified strength and conditioning specialist through NCSF. He’s also certified through ROCKTAPE as an Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) practitioner. He is also a former trainer for the University of Denver. He has trained athletes and individuals at various levels from adolescents, up to collegiate, and senior wellness. His specialties include, Olympic/power lifting, speed, agility, flexibility, bodybuilding, and post rehabilitation. Dustin loves sports. At a young age, Dustin took bronze numerous times with the Colorado State Taekwondo team. He was also an All Conference linebacker, in addition to playing basketball and baseball. In his 20’s, Dustin went back to his marital arts roots and received a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. When he’s not training at the gym or working with clients, he’s spending time with his wife and daughter or entertaining his Labrador retrievers. Dustin enjoys playing golf, hiking, snowboarding, mountain biking, camping, and fishing.

Carolyn believes travel and experiencing other cultures is the best form of education.

Throughout her travels and career, she has dreamed of owning a business here in Colorado, where she can positively effect others’ lives. Since moving here in 2002, to spend more time in the Rockies skiing, camping and playing outside, she has held on to this dream, which is now a reality. Her career spans 16 years in the publishing industry, followed by 6 years with nonprofits focused on holistic child development. In all her roles, Carolyn focused on building relationships, innovation and growth. With Green Leaf, Carolyn is excited to work with her talented team of professionals and partners in making movement and wellness a priority in their community. In her free time, she is an avid yogi, skier and world traveler, and enjoys numerous other outdoor activities like rock climbing and paddle boarding – Carolyn understands movement! She and her team are investing in the Littleton community, as they engage and educate the residents about their unique approach to movement and recovery.
